About Us

 

Located on 25 hectares of forest in the heart of the 16,600 hectare Bunyip State Park, Bistaari Park is all about experiencing nature while enjoying great food, and relaxing with friends.

A purpose built kitchen provides the perfect venue to create and enjoy food.  Onsite facilities are continually being improved in response to the needs of our guests.    

Head chef, Karen Yann, trained at William Angliss College (Melbourne), and worked with Stephanie Alexander on the highly successful Collingwood College kitchen garden and cooking project.  Winner of the Harvest Of Gippsland 2006 Signature Dish competition, Karen’s enthusiasm for fine food is evident in the quality of what she creates.
